Serco, on behalf of Northern Community Leisure Ltd, is recruiting a Sports Coach - Dance for the Bangor area. The role involves delivering dance-themed birthday parties in a welcoming, safe environment for children and families.

Join a customer-focused team with a commitment to health and safety. This casual position primarily runs on weekends, with flexible hours and opportunities to support community wellbeing.

Competenze

Sports Coach - Dance

Location: Bangor Aurora Aquatics and Leisure Complex, Bangor, BT20 4TH

Salary: Competitive Salary, plus excellent benefits

Schedule: Casual hours, Monday to Sunday, with the majority of work taking place at weekends.

As a Sports Coach - Dance, you'll play an important part in creating memorable experiences for children and families through engaging dance-themed birthday parties. You'll help provide a safe, welcoming and enjoyable environment where children can build confidence, stay active and have fun. Your work will have a positive impact on communities by encouraging participation, supporting wellbeing and creating experiences families can be proud of.

What you’ll do as a Sports Coach - Dance

• Deliver fun, engaging and well-organised dance birthday parties for children
• Provide a friendly and welcoming service to children, parents and guests at all times
• Communicate with customers throughout parties to ensure they are satisfied with their experience

• Support first aid requirements where appropriate and report customer feedback, concerns or complaints to the Duty Manager promptly

Vetting And Checks

An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role. This includes spent and unspent convictions, cautions, and any relevant information held by local police, in accordance with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and safeguarding requirements. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire to allow us to provide any support needed for you to succeed in the role.
