Job Description:

A School in Rochdale (OL12) is looking for an individual who can serve as a positive role model for pupils disengaged with their studies. We are recruiting someone to work closely with students facing challenging behaviours and social/emotional difficulties.

This role is challenging but highly rewarding, as you will see the positive impact you make on young people's lives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing opportunities for academic, social, and emotional development
  • Leading by example as a role model
  • Facilitating sports and activity sessions
  • Understanding individual personalities and needs
