We will aim to develop your skills and experience both personally and professionally; the successful candidate will learn quickly from the members of staff with whom they are working; applying effective teaching methods and techniques which encourage respect and good behaviour from the pupils and demonstrating confident, firm control of individuals and groups in a variety of situations.
Skills:
We expect the successful candidate to demonstrate clear potential to operate effectively in both coaching sports to children across the age range and assisting the year 7 pupil in lessons.
On the sports side, we are seeking to appoint an energetic and passionate sports coach who will work with a range of ages and abilities. In addition, the successful candidate will have appropriate qualifications/experience in other sports we offer.
