Sports Coach/Cover Supervisor: Smile Education is working in partnership with a number of secondary schools in the Sutton area to recruit a passionate and reliable Sports Coach/Cover Supervisor to join their team starting in Oct 2025.

About the Role

As a Cover Supervisor/Sports Coach, you will be responsible for delivering engaging PE lessons, supervising students during teacher absences, delivering pre-planned lessons, and maintaining a calm and productive classroom environment. You may also work on a 1:1 or small group basis, supporting students with their PE and academic and personal development across a range of subjects.

This is a varied and rewarding role ideal for those considering a future in teaching or education more broadly.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-prepared PE lessons and manage classroom behaviour effectively
