What We’re Looking For

  • A background inSports Coaching, Physical Education, or a related field (degree preferred but not essential)
  • Experience working with young people, ideally in asecondary schoolsetting
  • Knowledge of theKS3 and KS4 PE curriculumand various sports disciplines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability toengage and motivatestudents with varying interests and abilities
  • Understanding ofsafeguarding proceduresand safe practice in sports environments
  • A proactive, enthusiastic approach to promotingfitness and well-being
