Understanding bodies and well-being allows you to help children explore their capabilities, promoting trust, cooperation, communication, and language development—creating an ideal learning environment.

  • We seek proactive team players eager to work in a challenging yet rewarding environment. Building strong, trusting relationships is essential, especially as personal and social development are priorities.
  • A strong desire to impact the lives of vulnerable young people is key.

Why work with Monarch Education

  • Competitive pay rates from £475 to £550 per week.
  • Support for your personal development through CPD courses.
  • Experienced team with over 32 years in education recruitment.
  • Long-term opportunities across Somerset and a variety of roles.
  • Accessible locations via public transport.
  • Guarantee work schemes.
  • Quick clearance process with immediate start options.
  • Online timesheets—no paper forms.
