Job summary

5 Dimensions Trust is advertising a permanent part-time Sports Coach to commence ASAP at Emerson Valley Junior School and Merebrook Infant School.

The role covers Physical Education and competitive/intra-school sports with planning and assessment, plus supervision of classes and support staff. 37 hours weekly over 41 weeks, with a 30-minute unpaid break.

Qualifications

• Experience in Physical Education and sports coaching preferred.

• Responsibility for Physical Education, Sports and other agreed learning activities to support children's learning and access to the curriculum.
• Involvement in the planning/assessment cycle and supervision of whole classes and support staff during lessons.

to start at Emerson Valley Junior School & Merebrook Infant School

Sports Coach

To commence ASAP

Permanent/ part time

Salary Grade F - £33,119 - £37,562 actual p.a £30,214 - £34,267 pro-rata

37 hours per week, 41 Weeks per year.

Mon - Thurs 8:30-4:30pm, Fri 8:30am-4:00pm, 30-minute unpaid break,

Responsibility for Physical Education, Sports and other agreed learning activities in order to support children’s learning and access to the curriculum. This will involve the planning/assessment cycle and requires detailed and specialist knowledge. This role includes cover supervision of whole classes and the supervision and direction of other support staff during lessons.
