Job summary

Clevedon School Sports Centre is seeking a proactive Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of the sports facilities, delivering high standards of customer service and safety for pupils, local clubs, and community groups.

Working 25 hours per week, mainly Saturdays and Sundays with a couple of evenings. Immediate start. The role is part of the Clevedon School and Futura Learning Partnership, offering a supportive culture and development opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrates strong leadership and staff supervision within a busy facility.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building with diverse users.
  • A Level or equivalent with good Maths/English; IT skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operation of the sports centre.
  • Supervise staff and activities; ensure safety and high standards.
  • Engage with pupils, clubs and community users to maximise usage.
