Area: Sports Centre Sutton Bonington

Location: Sutton Bonington

Salary: £23,751 to £24,360 per annum pro-rata depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.

Responsibilities
  • Make bookings via telephone and in person
  • Cash handling and reconciling monies and card transactions
  • Deal with general enquiries and process memberships
  • Contribute to a first-class experience for students, staff, alumni and public members
  • Maintain excellent communication and a pro-active approach to creating great customer experiences
What the role offers

The post is offered on a permanent contract, with two different shift patterns available to choose from.

  • Pattern 1 (28.50 hours): Week 1 – Mon 06:30-14:45, Weds 14:30-22:45, Thurs 14:30-22:45, Fri 14:30-22:45; Week 2 – Mon 14:30-22:45, Thurs 14:30-22:45, Sat 07:30-15:00, Sun 07:30-15:00.
  • Pattern 2 (25.00 hours): Week 1 – Mon 14:30-22:45, Thurs 06:30-14:45, Sat 07:30-15:00; Week 2 – Mon 06:30-14:45, Thurs 06:30-14:45, Sat 14:45-22:15, Sun 14:45-22:15.
