Sports Business and Events Management Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sports Business and Events Management Assistant. Made to Move is a Sports Injury Rehabilitation and Performance centre in Kelham Island, Sheffield. We help individuals return to exercise, training or compete in the sport after sustaining an injury.

About us

We work alongside sports clubs, personal trainers, and gyms to provide injury reduction strategies to minimize injury risk at all levels of sports participation (grass root to professional standards). We have been running for 4 years and now and we are looking to bring a member to the team to support our events and business development strategies.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Admin assistance, including diary management, responding to emails and messages, managing a contact list, and preparing marketing materials
  • Performing market research and creating presentations as assigned
  • Addressing staff administrative queries and providing customer service as first point of contact
  • Assisting in event organisation, including engaging with suppliers
