GSL Education is seeking a Sports Learning Support Assistant to work in a Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) school in Southend. The role focuses on using sport to engage and motivate students facing SE MH challenges, helping them develop confidence, teamwork and emotional regulation.

You will support PE lessons and small groups, build positive relationships, and adapt activities to meet individual needs while safeguarding and promoting wellbeing in a supportive learning environment.

Qualifikationen

• Interest in sport, physical education, coaching or fitness.
• Experience working with children or young people in schools, sports clubs, youth work or support settings is desirable.
• Confidence supporting students with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour.

Location: Southend

Salary Scale: £93-£120 a day (depending on experience)

Contract Type: Full-time
