Sports Assistant Position

We are seeking a sports enthusiast to support our extensive sports programs at school. If you are an all-round sports lover with a passion for helping children excel and improve, we would love to hear from you.

Our students have access to some of the best representative sports opportunities in the area, including fixtures after school in Faversham, Whitstable, & Herne Bay, as well as daytime competitions. This year alone, we have participated in over 100 fixtures and competitions.

Currently, our PE & Sports teacher manages all sports activities. We are now looking for a dedicated assistant to enable broader participation without pulling support staff from their classroom roles. We can initially offer a 12-hour weekly role, with plans to increase hours in the future. This position is seen as a long-term opportunity for the right candidate.

The role requires some flexibility in scheduling, which can be planned in advance based on the school year's schedule. The salary remains consistent regardless of when hours are worked, paid in equal monthly installments.
