Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, and group segments.
- Proactively sell society packages, corporate golf days.
- Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and familiarization trips to promote facilities.
- Account Management:
- Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts and repeat clients.
- Work closely with the events and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of booked events.
- Monitor satisfaction and generate repeat business.
- Marketing & Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns for golf and sports offerings.
- Revenue & Reporting:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records.
- Provide regular performance reports and market feedback to the senior leadership team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in golf, leisure, or hospitality sales.
- Strong knowledge and passion for golf and country club environments.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Experience using CRM/sales platforms.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
