A leading organization focused on community sports is seeking a Sports and Education Coach. This role involves delivering PE and wellness programs across primary schools, fostering resilience and self-esteem in children. Ideal candidates will have sporting qualifications, experience working with children, and strong communication skills.
Job Title: Sports and Education Coach
Department: Primary Education
Location: Turf Moor, Harry Potts Way, Burnley, BB10 4BX and Primary Schools across East Lancashire.
Contract Type: Fixed Term until 31st July 2026
Working Pattern: 35 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
Closing Date: 11th August 2025
Salary: £21,000 - £24,000 per annum
The Role
The Sports and Education Coach will deliver the Premier League Primary Stars (PLPS) programme, delivering PE, physical activity and wellbeing education within selected primary schools to improve resilience, self-esteem and aspirations.
