A community sports organization in Forfar seeks a Sports Advisor to inspire healthy lifestyles within the local community. This role involves engaging effectively with customers in the sports centre operations, covering flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Applicants should hold relevant lifeguard and gym instructor qualifications and demonstrate excellent customer service and teamwork skills.

You will work 14.25 hours per week as a Sports Advisor in the sports centre operations team, covering days, evenings, and weekends.
To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate our key behaviours: customer service excellence, continuous improvement, and an engaged workforce.
You must hold a current RLSS pool lifeguard qualification. Experience in a sports centre, a current first aid certification, Level 2 gym instructor, and UKCC Level 1 teaching aquatics or other governing body qualifications are desirable.
A friendly, outgoing personality, initiative, teamwork skills, and experience working with customers are essential.
