About The Role
Our Butlin's resort in Bognor Regis is recruiting for a Sports & Activities Team Member Plus to join us. If you're a team player with energy, enthusiasm, and a willingness to get involved, this could be the role for you! Working at Butlin’s as part of our Sports & Activities team means being part of a big-hearted group responsible for providing guests with an entertaining holiday experience. You will run sessions such as pottery painting, football, archery, mini-golf, go-karts, and work at our activity booking point.
Additionally, you will spend Mondays and Fridays with our Accommodation Team cleaning guest accommodations, including kitchens, bedrooms, living areas, and bathrooms, preparing for arrivals. The role involves about 35 hours per week, five days over seven.
We seek someone who enjoys teamwork, is confident communicating with guests, and thrives in busy environments. A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for high-quality service and exceeding guest expectations is essential. Previous experience in activity-based roles is desirable, along with creativity, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills, especially in sports coaching.
You must be over 18, and accommodation may be available for those relocating.
