Job Summary The Sports Instructor role is a hands-on role that will lead athletes and provide expert instruction in their designated sport. It is directly responsible for delivering the i9 Sports Experience and fostering a positive youth sports culture on the field. Potential location openings include Lake Orion, Rochester Hills, Chesterfield, Shelby Township, Utica, West Bloomfield, Clarkston, and Royal Oak. Responsibilities

• Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun
• Teach & demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values
• Communicate game day information to players and parents using established platforms
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge
• Highly motivated self-starter; able to work independently
• Ability to work varied schedules including weekends and some evenings (for approximately 7 weeks)
• Must pass a National Criminal Background Check
