Sport & Exercise Therapy Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team, focusing on the Sports Therapy Laboratories and the onsite injury clinic. This role is essential for the smooth operation and success of our educational programs, providing technical support to academic staff and students.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all laboratory and clinic equipment functions correctly. Your duties include troubleshooting technical issues, performing routine maintenance, and facilitating the use of specialized equipment during practical sessions.

You will also manage the inventory of kits and equipment, coordinate procurement, storage, and distribution, and maintain accurate records. Your organizational skills will ensure students have access to necessary resources for their studies and additional learning opportunities.

Additionally, you will oversee daily operations of the Sports Therapy Laboratories and injury clinic, uphold safety standards, support extracurricular activities, workshops, and special projects, and collaborate with academic staff to implement new initiatives that enhance the student learning experience.
