Aspire is seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Executive to develop and manage key account relationships. The role involves selling tailored stand and sponsorship packages while collaborating with internal teams for seamless project delivery. Candidates must demonstrate proven experience in event sales, strong communication skills, and strategic thinking.
Develop and grow key account relationships, including new business and lapsed clients.
Sell tailored stand and sponsorship packages, meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Work collaboratively with internal teams (marketing, content, ops, finance) to ensure seamless delivery.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, aligning event solutions with business objectives.
Manage projects and time lines efficiently, ensuring high-quality execution from pitch through to post-event evaluation.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in B2B event sales, account management, or sponsorship.
Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
Confidence engaging with senior decision-makers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
