A fast-growing international agency in London is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead delivery on major accounts in elite sport. The successful candidate will shape and deliver multi-channel campaigns, manage key client relationships, and identify new commercial opportunities. Strong background in sponsorship with at least 5 years of experience is required, alongside excellent communication skills. This is a client-facing role with significant industry exposure.

Are you a confident client-lead with a passion for global sport and commercial partnerships? A fast-growing international agency is looking for a Commercial Manager to join their team and lead delivery across major accounts within elite sport.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role with exposure to some of the most prestigious properties in the global sporting world. You'll play a key part in shaping and delivering multi-channel campaigns, identifying commercial opportunities, and building meaningful long-term partnerships.

Role Overview:

Lead day-to-day delivery of partnership campaigns for major sporting clients

Identify new commercial opportunities and support sponsorship growth

Act as the primary client contact on active campaigns

Work cross-functionally with internal teams, rights holders, and third parties

Develop clear, high-quality reports, proposals, and presentations

Support client renewals and contribute to broader agency development

Mentor junior colleagues and guide output quality

Represent the agency at key industry events and meetings

Previous Experience:

5+ year's experience in sponsorship, within sport or media

Proven track record managing major accounts and client relationships

Deep understanding of the international sports landscape and commercial dynamics

Strong commercial mindset - confident negotiating, forecasting, and spotting value

Skilled at managing multiple projects and stakeholders under tight deadlines

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Experience managing and mentoring junior team members
