We’re looking for a driven, ambitious, andentrepreneurialSponsorship Sales Executiveto take ownership ofselling event sponsorships for our thriving in-person conferences andsummits.

  • Event Sponsorship Sales Ownership:Drive revenue byselling sponsorship opportunities for in-person conferences andsummits acrossThe Alliance’scommunity portfolios.
  • ClientEngagement & Relationship Building:Build and nurture relationshipswith decision-makers (e.g., VPs, Global Directors, and C-Suiteexecutives) to uncover their needs and showcase the value of ourevents as a marketing channel.
  • Tailored Solutions Selling:Craft bespoke sponsorship packages tailored to partner goals,including branding, thought leadership, and lead generationopportunities.
  • Pipeline Management:Manage your salespipeline from identifying and qualifying prospects to closinghigh-value deals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Workclosely with marketing, events, and operations teams to ensuresuccessful delivery of sponsorships and flawless execution forpartners.

Requirements

  • ProvenEvent Sponsorship Sales Success: previous experience sellinghigh-value event sponsorships to enterprise clients, with a trackrecord of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Exceptional RelationshipBuilder: You thrive on connecting with senior decision-makers andbuilding long-term, consultative relationships.
  • StrongNegotiator: Confident in managing complex negotiations and closingdeals with stakeholders from SMBs to Enterprises.
  • Results-Driven & Resilient: Challenging targets don’tintimidate you, and you have a demonstrable history of consistentlyexceeding them.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: You’re adaptable,self-motivated, and eager to take ownership of your portfolio whileexperimenting with creative approaches to sales.

Base Salary£35,000-38,000 depending on experience(OTE £70K+ uncapped)

Location:This role can be fully remoteacross the UK or hybrid in London.
