Hosted at the iconic Chelmsford City Racecourse and Radisson Blu Stansted, these events will attract thousands of guests, top-tier influencers, global media, and live coverage from a renowned global fashion media. With ambitious expansion plans and more national/international shows in the pipeline, we are looking for a commercially driven, results-oriented Sponsorship & Marketing Manager to lead our sales, partnerships, and promotional success.

Role Summary

This is a full-time strategic and hands-on role for an experienced Sponsorship & Marketing Manager who thrives in a high-pressure, target-driven environment. You will spearhead sponsorship acquisition, exhibitor and vendor sales, and lead the entire marketing lifecycle—from campaign strategy to execution.

You’ll be working alongside our creative team, content producers, directors, and logistics partners to ensure our events are not only iconic but also commercially profitable and brand-aligned.

Key ResponsibilitiesSponsorship & Partnership Acquisition
  • Research, identify and approach brands aligned with our target audience across luxury, bridal, fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, travel, and fintech sectors.
  • Pitch and secure Title Sponsors, Category Partners, and Media Collaborators (target sectors include jewellery, fashion, beauty, tech, automotive, luxury real estate, premium travel).
  • Tailor and present compelling sponsorship decks and partnership packages.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, deliverables, and activation opportunities.
  • Deliver an individual sales target of £150,000 in sponsorship revenue within the first 3 months.
Vendor & Exhibitor Sales
  • Generate and convert leads for exhibition booths and brand showcases.
  • Build a pipeline of B2B prospects and manage the sales lifecycle (from enquiry to onboarding).
  • Liaise with bridal designers, event suppliers, vendors, retailers, and service providers.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns for event promotion, ticket sales, and brand awareness across digital (Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn), influencer, and B2B channels.
  • Work closely with our content creators to align visuals and messages with sponsor expectations.
  • Manage advertising budgets, ad copy, social media funnels, and audience segmentation.
Campaign Monitoring & Event Support
  • Monitor campaign KPIs, ROI, and lead conversion rates to drive results.
  • Support branding and sponsor activation on-site (stand builds, photo ops, stage banners).
  • Ensure all sponsor deliverables are executed pre-event, on the day, and post-event.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in sponsorship sales, event marketing, or commercial partnerships within luxury, media, events, or fashion sectors.
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding six-figure sponsorship sales targets.
  • Confident in high-level communication, proposal writing, and C-suite presentations.
  • Ability to thrive under tight deadlines, high expectations, and large-scale project delivery.
  • Strong network within fashion, luxury lifestyle, and event supplier industries preferred.
  • Proficient in marketing platforms (Meta Business, Mailchimp, Canva/Adobe, CRM tools).
  • Creative mindset with a strong commercial instinct and ability to sell ideas and experiences.
