The Elite Client & Sponsorship team manages revenue-generating products across the MWC and M360 events. Working closely with Sales, Events, and delivery teams, the team ensures client satisfaction and transforms new concepts into ongoing revenue streams. They proactively help clients maximize their investments by building long-term relationships and acting as trusted advisors.

About the Role

As a Sponsorship Delivery Manager, you will ensure the fulfillment of all sponsorship package elements, managing multiple clients and events simultaneously. You will be a subject matter expert in sponsorship products and programs, leading development, implementation, and on-site delivery to ensure client satisfaction and KPI achievement. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Leading cross-functional teams to execute sponsor packages flawlessly
  2. Managing sponsors throughout the event cycle, maintaining strong relationships
  3. Developing new sponsorship opportunities and innovative solutions
  4. Creating sponsorship inventories and standardizing contractual language
  5. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize sponsorship delivery
  6. Tracking contractual points and inventories via sponsorship platforms
  7. Ensuring deliverables are assigned and completed by delivery teams
  8. Improving processes and maximizing quality standards
  9. Securing client sign-offs before deadlines and providing progress reports
  10. Reporting weekly on key issues and milestones

About You

  • Experience in B2B relationship and project management, especially in events, partnerships, and sponsorships
  • Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
  • Business acumen and commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication skills tailored to diverse audiences
  • Team player with motivation, quality focus, and CRM proficiency
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networks like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, WeChat, and Weibo
