Job summary

Playfly Sports is seeking an Account Executive, Sponsorship Activation in London. You will join a hands-on delivery engine, owning tasks across rights, approvals, merchandise, tickets, events, hospitality, and content logistics.

You’ll thrive in a mixed operational and live-activation environment, coordinating with clients, clubs, and suppliers while maintaining organised trackers and clear communications.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sports sponsorship or partnership delivery.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Reliable, with a hands-on approach.
• Clear written and verbal communication with clients and partners.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to be hands-on across both polished and unglamorous aspects.
• Experience with PowerPoint and Excel; CRM or planning tools beneficial.
• Interest in football and technology.

Responsibilities

• Keep the programme organised with up-to-date trackers.
• Drive follow-up across stakeholders and flag blockers.
• Coordinate partnership fulfilment: tickets, gifts, kit, access.
• Support campaigns and content: shoots, assets, approvals.
• Deliver events and experiences from planning to delivery.
• Manage guest communications, briefs, agendas, itineraries.
• Own defined projects and drive them to completion.
• Use PM, CRM, and reporting tools to improve efficiency.
• Assist during busy periods with hands-on delivery.
