Introduction

Randstad is seeking a dedicated and experienced SPLD Study Skills Tutor to join our team at University of Exeter. This is a part-time role offering flexibility and the chance to make a significant impact on the lives of students.



Responsibility

What will you be responsible for:
  • Developing and delivering individualized learning plans for students with Specific Learning Difficulties (SPLDs) and Autism.* Guiding students in effective study strategies and techniques.* Collaborating effectively with college staff to ensure a supportive learning environment.* Utilizing online teaching technologies to enhance learning experiences.
Specifically the activities will be:
  • Designing tailored learning plans.* Providing one-on-one and group tutoring.* Monitoring student progress and adapting plans as needed.* Utilizing online learning platforms and resources.
