Uniphar Medtech, a division of Uniphar Group, is seeking a Spine and Neuro Sales Specialist to join our team in Greater London & South East UK. This role involves promoting specialised spinal implants and neurosurgery products, developing key accounts, and expanding our customer base across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of spinal and neurosurgery products, working with key customers and developing new business opportunities.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with surgeons and operating theatre staff.
  • Develop new customer relationships in Spine and Neuro centres across the UK.
  • Collect and analyze market and competitor information.
  • Plan and forecast business activities quarterly.
  • Support product launches and corporate activities within the area.
  • Attend relevant conferences and meetings.
  • Assist customers with clinical, technical, and commercial inquiries.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Degree qualification in a medical discipline or related field preferred.
  • At least 3 years of medical sales experience.
  • Comfortable working in operating theatres.
  • Target-driven with strong closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Experience with complex medical device technologies.
  • Proficient in MS Office and industry-specific applications.
  • Full, clean driver’s license.
Location & Travel

Vacancies in Greater London/South East UK and Manchester/Midlands UK. Willingness to travel across the UK as required.
