Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking a Sales Associate to join its spinal portfolio in the North West. The role focuses on supporting surgeons and theatre teams with cases, providing in-theatre clinical and technical support, and tailoring product solutions to win business.

The successful candidate will develop strong relationships, prospect to close, and stay updated on market trends to maintain a competitive edge. An entry-level profile may be considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Some surgical / surgical sales experience would be great but not essential.
• Or a clinician with relevant experience – ODP, Scrub Nurse, MSK Physio, Physician Associate.
• Or a graduate with a relevant medical or scientific degree seeking to move into surgical sales.
• Confidence and credibility to talk to surgeons and theatre teams.
• Flexible and able to travel outside the North West and occasional weekends when required.
• Full driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Support cases and provide in-theatre clinical and technical support.
• Build and grow relationships with spinal surgeons, theatre teams and procurement.
• Prospect, win and drive sales from initial contact to close.
• Stay informed on competitor activity, market trends and product innovations.
