Job summary

Bupa is recruiting a Spinal Clinical Nurse Specialist & Pathway Lead for Cromwell Hospital London and Bupa Health Centre Canary Wharf. The role combines expert spinal care delivery with pathway development to drive patient experience and service growth across two sites.

You will lead clinical pathways, educate teams, and partner with consultants to implement innovative, evidence-based spinal care improvements in a premium healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• This role requires an NMC registered adult nurse with spinal/orthopaedic or neuro/ musculoskeletal experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the specialist clinical lead for spinal conditions across assessment, treatment, surgery and rehabilitation pathways.
• Provide expert advice, education and support to patients, families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate complex patient journeys to ensure seamless care and outstanding patient experience.
• Lead development, implementation and evaluation of innovative spinal pathways and service initiatives.
• Drive quality improvement, governance and outcomes monitoring.
• Collaborate with consultants and senior stakeholders to enhance services and support growth plans.
• Deliver education and training programmes for colleagues across the organisation.
• Champion best practice in management of complex spinal and neurological presentations.
• Support development of evidence-based services through audit and service redesign.
