Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an SPF Compliance, Finance & Performance Officer to join the Employability Bridgend programme. You will work in a dynamic environment focusing on financial processes and compliance while supporting projects aimed at helping individuals return to work. Applicants should be motivated, knowledgeable in local government financial procedures, and able to communicate in Welsh.

Do you have experience of working in a finance role which supports a range of projects focusing on upskilling and getting people into back to work?

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Employability Bridgend programme that tackles the barriers that prevent individuals thriving in the labour market. You will need to be enthusiastic and motivated and have a good understanding of Local Government Financial Procedures, experience of submitting of financial claims to funding bodies, as well as ensuring having a keen eye for compliance checking.

You will be working in an ambitious, fast moving and dynamic environment where flexibility is the key to our success.

The ability to greet customers through the medium of Welsh is a requirement for this post.
