Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 10-hour shifts
Friday: 5-hour shift
Weekend overtime available
Job Description:
LRL are currently recruiting for an Authorised Person - Supervisor to support high-profile works across Substation and High Voltage (HV) projects. The initial assignment will last for three months, with ongoing opportunities expected to continue for up to 18 months. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced supervisor looking for continuity of work on complex, safety-critical infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as an Authorised Person on high-voltage sites under SPEN regulations
Supervise temporary works in line with current guidelines and best practice
Ensure all site operations comply with health and safety legislation and client requirements
Provide effective leadership and direction to the on-site workforce
Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are maintained
Maintain accurate site documentation and safety records
Take an active role in emergency response and ensure First Aid provisions are in place
Requirements:
SPEN Authorised (essential)
Temporary Works Supervisor qualification
CSCS Card or Safety Passport
SMSTS or SSSTS certification
Duration:
3-month initial contract
Potential for extension across further projects lasting up to 18 months
