We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our home health team. In this role, you’ll provide personalized therapy to help patients recover and regain independence in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate and develop individualized therapy plans.
2. Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve communication.
3. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safe communication techniques.
4. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure holistic patient care.

Qualifications:

1. Current SLP licensure in Arizona.
2. Experience in home health or outpatient settings preferred.
3. Strong clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
4. Passionate about delivering patient-centered care.
