  • Building relationships with key stakeholders, including therapists, clients, & referral sources.
  • Working across leading software platforms & online tools.

The New Grad Program

Connect2Care has developed and specifically tailored a New Graduate Program to make the transition smoother for new graduates entering the workplace. The program fully supports recent graduates, enabling them to acquire the skills needed to launch them into a successful career. Spanning over 12 months and starting from the moment you step through our doors.

What you can expect:

  • Weekly 1 : 1 supervision with your supervisor.
  • Core competency skills training sessions.
  • Fortnightly group mentoring sessions.
  • Mental health drop-in sessions.
  • Internal PD sessions.
  • Shadowing opportunities with experienced clinicians.
