Job summary

Avina is seeking Speech Pathologists across multiple locations nationally to join our growing multidisciplinary team, delivering evidence-based, person-centred services to clients across home, school, clinic and community settings.

We welcome new graduates, early career clinicians, and experienced therapists seeking flexibility, collaboration and career progression, with structured supervision and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Speech Pathology.
  • Current Speech Pathology Australia membership (or eligibility).
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community work.
  • Strong communication, clinical reasoning and organisational skills.
  • A collaborative and person-centred approach to therapy.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-informed intervention.
  • Support clients across the lifespan with communication, language, social communication and mealtime goals.
  • Develop functional, goal-based therapy plans aligned with participant needs and funding pathways.
  • Collaborate closely with families, carers, educators and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Manage a varied caseload across community, clinic and/or telehealth settings.
  • Participate in supervision, peer collaboration and ongoing professional development opportunities.
