A leading cancer care organization in London is seeking a part-time specialist to manage patients with oncology diagnoses, including swallowing and communication disorders. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time position in our department in Chelsea. This role involves assessment and management of patients with various oncology diagnoses, including head and neck cancer, gastrointestinal, and other tumour sites. The post holder will be responsible for establishing a new gastrointestinal pathway, complementing our existing head and neck cancer pathway. Skills in video fluoroscopy and FEES assessments are required, along with supporting junior colleagues and students.
We have a collaborative AHP team and offer excellent support, regular in-service training within SLT and the wider therapy team, journal clubs, and access to bespoke research.
