Job summary

Philosophy Education, Ltd. is seeking a HCPC registered Speech and Language Therapist to join a specialist SEND school chain across Barking/ Brent sites. The role involves delivering therapy across multiple sites for pupils aged 3–19, developing engaging programmes with teachers and leaders.

You will plan and deliver one-to-one and group sessions, liaise with families and external professionals, and run whole-staff training. Temporary to permanent basis from September.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered Speech and Language Therapist.
• Experience in Special Educational Needs (SEND) settings.
• Awareness of ACEs, trauma-informed practice and child development.
• Knowledge of national curriculum and school provision.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver therapy across 3 school sites.
• Provide one-to-one, small group, and whole-class support.
• Lead and deliver whole-staff therapeutic training.
• Collaborate with families and external professionals.
