Job summary

Philosophy Education is seeking a qualified Speech and Language Therapist to join a large specialist SEND school. You will work across three Brent/Hackney sites, planning, resourceing and delivering engaging therapy programmes for pupils aged 3–19, with a combined therapy and teaching approach.

You will liaise with teachers, families and external professionals, deliver staff training and contribute to the ongoing development of therapeutic services within the school.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is required.
• Experience working with pupils with SEND.
• Experience with ages 3–19.
• Knowledge of educational settings and policies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and resource effective therapy programmes for pupils aged 3–19.
• Deliver one-to-one and small group therapy sessions.
• Liaise with teachers, therapists and families.
• Deliver whole-staff training and professional development.
• Support across multiple sites (Brent and Hackney) as needed.
