Job summary

OFG Education is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to join the Bankside College clinical team in Worcester. The role provides bespoke SLT assessments and interventions for students with diverse communication needs within an educational setting.

You will collaborate with education staff, manage a therapy caseload under supervision, and contribute to staff training while aligning with professional standards and safeguarding principles.

Qualifications

• BSc (Hons) Speech and Language Therapy is required.
• HCPC registered and registered with the RCSLT preferred.
• Experience with individuals with complex communication needs and trauma-informed practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke Speech and Language Therapy assessment and intervention to students.
• Work within the OFG Therapy Ways of Working and in collaboration with education teams.
• Hold a Speech and Language therapy caseload with clinical supervisor support and staff training duties.
