Looking for a Band 5 role in the NHS? We offer a 2-year post-qualification programme of teaching, mentor support, clinical supervision, and CPD to kick-start your career. Our Band 5 therapists have the opportunity to work in various clinical areas, delivering therapy and collaborating with families and colleagues in schools and early years settings.
What do you need to know?
All our Band 5 therapists benefit from a comprehensive induction programme with mentor support, clinical supervision, and CPD during the first 2 years post-qualification.
We operate as a Balanced System service, working in an evidence-based manner at universal, targeted, and specialist levels.
We are a supportive team, working together in settings and schools.
Our team is well-equipped with resources and equipment, with excellent admin support across two main admin bases.
During the pandemic, none of our team were redeployed; we resumed face-to-face work in September 2020, supported by new investments from our commissioners to assist children affected by COVID-19.
This is a full-time position.
