Our clinicians are integral to the most joined-up SEND model across our schools and children’s homes, providing extensive clinical support for pupils with complex needs, including developmental trauma, neurodevelopmental conditions, and other special educational needs.
As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will support educational and residential staff to create therapeutic environments, provide assessments, and develop individualized interventions. You will also evaluate mental health and contribute to personalized care plans, building rapport to deliver effective counseling and feedback.
