Aspris Children's Services is seeking an experienced Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join Queenswood School in Herefordshire. The post holder will progress SaLT services for young people diagnosed with autism and complex needs within a multi-disciplinary team.
You will deliver bespoke assessments and intervention plans, contribute to training and reflective practice, and support colleagues in delivering holistic education and clinical services while managing your own workload.

Based at Queenswood School and the post holder will progress the SaLT specific therapeutic services for our young people who have a diagnosis of autism and associated complex needs.
You will be part of a multi-disciplinary well-being and therapeutic services team which is required to meet the needs of the children and young people. The team includes Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapists, CAMHS Neurodevelopmental Worker, Creative Therapists and School Counsellor.
Someone with a holistic and integrated approach to education and clinical services would be perfect for this role. You will also contribute to colleague training, consultation and reflective practice.

Queenswood School is set across two sites in a beautiful rural location in Herefordshire. We are an Independent Specialist day school specialising in the education and care of children and young people between the age of 11 to 19 years who are diagnosed as being on the autistic spectrum.
The Post Holder will work collaboratively to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our young people. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team making a real difference and implementing a holistic therapeutic approach.
