This role is based at Avon Park School. Full and part-time applications are considered.

Our clinicians are a vital part of the most integrated SEND model. Across our specialist schools and children’s homes, we offer extensive clinical support, expertise, and a broad range of services. Our young people have complex needs, including developmental trauma, neurodevelopmental conditions, and other special educational needs.
As part of a multidisciplinary clinical team, you will support educational and residential staff to create therapeutic living and learning environments. Based on clinical assessments, you will provide individualized interventions, support mental health assessments, and develop personalized care plans. Building rapport is essential to deliver effective counseling and feedback on progress.
