Job description

Independence Rehab LLC is actively searching for a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to join our experienced therapy team, to treat patients at several of our assisted living facilities:

  • Solstice at Point Defiance in Tacoma
  • Arbor Village in Kent
  • Solstice at Normandy Park

This is a great opportunity for a SLP who needs scheduling flexibility. You can schedule patients after normal work hours and/or on weekends as needed.

No specific number of hours are required to maintain PRN employment.

Here are a few preferred practice-specific competencies in a SNF setting:

  • Dysphagia assessment & interventions
  • Voice, communication, language, and cognition interventions

Requirements:

  • Current Washington State SLP license
  • Geriatrics experience highly desired
  • Master's Degree in SLP from an accredited College or University
  • Organized, self-starter with a love for the geriatric population
