Job Description

Compleat KiDZ is the largest and fastest growing multi-disciplinary pediatric rehabilitation treatment organization in North Carolina. We provide Occupational, Physical, Speech, and ABA Therapy services to children birth to 18 years of age across 18 clinics, using a play-based model.

Role Overview

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will help children reach their full potential, employing evidence-based practices. We seek an energetic, growth-minded SLP with pediatric experience, capable of managing a diverse caseload and engaging families effectively.

Requirements & Responsibilities

• At least 1 year of pediatric experience preferred; Clinical Fellows considered.
• Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Active North Carolina Licensure in SLP and ASHA certification.
• Pass a Background Check.
• Conduct evaluations, treatments, and discharge planning for children in outpatient settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR.
• Communicate thoroughly with healthcare providers via reports, calls, and other methods.
• Assess and recommend assistive technology or adaptive equipment as needed.
• Supervise CFs and SLPAs in the clinic.
