Lycali Therapies and Assessment Service offers services in Speech and Language Therapy, Autism assessment, ADHD assessment, ABA and Transformative Life Coaching. Our team is dedicated to providing comprehensive support to individuals and families.

We’re Hiring: Associate Speech and Language Therapist (Children & Young People) for ad-hoc work.

Are you a qualified SLT with a passion for supporting neurodivergent children and young people? At Lycali, we’re looking for an Associate SLT who can provide in-person therapy in Thanet and surrounding areas and help us deliver compassionate, person-centred support to the families we serve.

Role Overview:

As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapy to individuals with a range of speech, language, and communication needs. You will develop tailored intervention plans, deliver effective therapy sessions, monitor progress, and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement evidence-based therapy programmes
  • Monitor and document client progress
  • Liaise with families, carers, and other healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to case reviews and ongoing care planning

Requirements:

  • Degree in Speech and Language Therapy (or equivalent)
  • HCPC registration and RCSLT membership
  • Experience working with communication disorders and dysphagia
  • Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is desirable
