Job description

Lead Speech and Language Therapist – Shape Inclusive Communication at Liaise

We are recruiting a Lead SLT to oversee our communication strategy and lead our growing speech and language therapy service across multiple locations.

What You’ll Be Doing
  1. Deliver and oversee specialist SLT input across Liaise services
  2. Lead assessments, interventions, and therapy programme delivery
  3. Supervise SLTs, assistants, and contribute to service development
  4. Train staff teams in inclusive communication and total communication
  5. Ensure compliance with HCPC/RCSLT and clinical governance
What You’ll Need
  1. HCPC registration and substantial SLT experience in LD/autism
  2. Leadership or supervisory experience in clinical roles
  3. Strong training, communication, and therapeutic skills
  4. (Desirable) Dysphagia or AAC training
