Children’s Speech and Language Therapy Service

Speech and Language Therapy Assistant

We currently have a vacancy for a full-time Speech and Language Therapy Assistant to join our innovative and well-supported team. This post offers opportunities to work in various settings including clinics, nurseries, children’s centers, mainstream and special schools, and specialist resource provisions with preschool and school-aged children.

We are a well-established, friendly team, with a range of specialist therapists who work closely to support all staff.

We are keen to recruit an assistant who has experience and knowledge of working within school settings, preschool settings, and with children with special needs. The successful candidates should be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to communicate with a range of people. While the ability to work effectively as part of a team is important, they must also be capable of working independently. Excellent IT skills are essential, including proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
