Dunraven School is seeking a committed Speech and Language Therapist to deliver a specialist therapy service to students with communication needs. Salary: Term Time of 39 weeks - £46,422.50 to £58,550.62
Salary (NJC spine points 23 - 29): Actual gross salary based on term time only appointment ranges from £13,688.38 to £14,985.89 depending on experience.

Job Summary
The role involves working within the Speech, Language & Communication Resource (SLCR), which offers 21 places for students with high needs and developmental language disorders. The postholder will work collaboratively to deliver assessments, direct and indirect therapy, and achieve meaningful outcomes for students from Reception to KS2. Support includes collaborative working, clinical supervision, CPD funding, and potential support for other schools in the Trust.
The position requires proven multidisciplinary collaboration skills, excellent organizational and planning abilities, robust clinical administration, and exceptional rapport-building, creativity, and flair as an SLT.
