Role Overview:

As a School Therapist, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the holistic development of our students. Your primary focus will be on providing therapeutic interventions to address social, emotional, and behavioural challenges, enabling every child to thrive in a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to support students' emotional and mental health needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to develop and implement personalised intervention plans
  • Provide guidance and support to students in managing stress, anxiety, and other emotional difficulties
  • Foster a positive and inclusive school culture through social-emotional learning initiatives and classroom-based interventions
  • Act as a resource and advocate for students with special needs, ensuring equitable access to educational opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure coordinated support

Requirements:
