Position:Speech and Language TherapistLocation:Chelmsford, EssexRole:Permanent Part Time 15 hours per weekSalary:£29,970 - £36,483 per annum based on full timeStart:ASAPDue to growth within the team, our client islooking for a Band 5 therapist for 15 hours per weekto work across a range of pathways, including speech, social communication, complex needs (including dysphagia) and language. The post holder will be supported to excel in working independently and enjoy delivering therapy to children and young people in a variety of settings.The Role:This post requires the therapist to engage with the child and family; liaise with nursery and school staff, and contribute to Educational Health and Care Plans when necessary. This post also requires the candidate to drive to various locations, predominantly, within Mid-Essex - Base in Chelmsford.Requirements:
  • Qualified/Registered Speech and Language Therapist
  • Applicants must have current UK professional registration and right to work
  • Experience working with childrenand as part of a multi-agency team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience in Dysphagia.
  • Access to your own vehicle.
