What you will do:

• Provide 2-3 days of specialised Speech and Language Therapy support per week for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care and improve patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be HCPC registered and should possess a valid driving licence to facilitate patient visits and ensure comprehensive service delivery.
